The present petition has been filed filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 19.12.20211 (Annexure P-16) as well as the summoning order dated 13.01.2012 (Annexure P-18) passed by Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have already settled their dispute and as such he does not want to press the present petition. In view thereof the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petitions.
