(ORAL) The Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to approve regular joint time table on Ludhiana to Moga via Mullanpur to Jagraon to Ajitwal route. In the absence of a regular joint time table, the petitioner is not in a position to operate its bus on the aforesaid route. The regular joint time table has not been issued in spite of the fact that the General Manager, Punjab Roadways, Moga has already written to the respondent on 27.04.2022 for approval of time table, but in vain. In this context, the petitioner has already served a legal notice upon the respondent on 19.12.2022 and the same has also not been considered by the POONAM BHATT 2023.02.17 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this Judicial Record/Decree/Document, which is scanned copy of the original
CWP No.3254 of 2023 -2respondent till date.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case its legal notice dated 19.12.2022 is ordered to be decided by the respondent in accordance with law in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that the legal notice of the petitioner dated 19.12.2022 shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
