(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to expedite the trial of the case pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phagwara, arising out of FIR No.80 dated 27.04.2016, registered under Sections 452, 427 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Phagwara, District Kapurthala (Annexure P-1). At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
