**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.5 dated 19.01.2019 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station City Balachaur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.
Notice of motion was issued on 14.02.2019 and interim anticipatory bail was also granted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in pursuance of order dated 14.02.2019 to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. In view of aforesaid factual position, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Interim order dated 14.02.2019 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on appearing before the trial Court regularly.
