By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, prayer has been made for quashing the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act bearing complaint NIACT No.261 of 2019 dated 08.04.2019 titled As "Kiran Gupta Vs. M/s Anant Precession Pvt. Ltd. and others, as well as summoning order dated 19.04.2019 passed by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pathankot. Having argued for sometime, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent submits that he has got instructions from the respondent that aforesaid complaint qua the petitioner shall be withdrawn within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, the complaint regarding others shall continue. The petitioner shall however be at liberty to get this petition revived, in case, the respondent herein does not fulfill her commitment of withdrawing the complaint qua the present petitioner. Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
