STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS
...Respondents
CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAGMOHAN BANSAL Present:- None for the petitioner Mr. Suneel Ranga, DAG Haryana *** JAGMOHAN BANSAL, J. (ORAL) 1.
The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 14.01.2002 whereby respondent declined permission of House Rent Allowance (in short "HRA").
2.
The petitioner in 1978 was posted as Finger Print Expert in the State Crime Record Bureau, Haryana at Madhubhan, Karnal. He made noting on the file to the effect that HRA may be sanctioned. It was later on found that HRA was not admissible, thus, declined. 3.
Matter is pending since 2002. In view of limited prayer of HRA, there seems no reason to keep the matter pending. There is no stay in favour of the petitioner.
4.
Disposed of with liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives. DEEPAK BISSYAN 2025.09.05 17:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
