Learned counsel for the applicant states that he be permitted to withdraw the present application. However, some order with regard to making arrangement for safety of the applicant when she goes to Ludhiana, to attend the dates of hearing in Court there, be passed. In view of his statement, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to ensure that no physical harm is caused to the applicant when she goes to Ludhiana to attend the dates of hearing in Court there. A copy of the order be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, for compliance.
