NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the arrears alongwith interest in terms of the order dated 20.02.2019, Annexure P-3, in LPA No.1273 of 2018 and other connected matters.

It is contended that husband of the petitioner had worked as EDUSAT Chowkidar from 06.09.2007 till 07.12.2014 and is entitled to the relief claimed in the representation dated 09.01.2020. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the said representation, dated 09.01.2020 (Annexure P-4) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order by way of a speaking order.
