(ORAL) Precise grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, is that after having posting them as Food Safety Officers (FSO) in the Department of Food and Drug Administration Haryana, on deputation basis for a period of two years extendable by another two years or till joining of regular incumbent, vide order dated 09/14.08.2019 (Annexure P-3), neither the terms and conditions of deputation have been finalized or informed nor they are being paid salary and admissible allowances till date by the respondents. And, faced with this even the petitioners have made representations (Annexure P-5 Colly), to the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Haryana, to recall the order of deputation, dated 09/14.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) and revert them back to their parent department, i.e. Health Department, Haryana. But to no avail.

CWP-4150-2020 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take a conscious decision on the representations (Annexure P-5 Colly) made by the petitioners and to pass a speaking order within a period of two months from receipt of a certified copy of this order.
