(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of the orders dated 16.07.2018 and 09.01.2019 passed by the Courts below, whereby, a penalty of Rs.50,000/- was imposed upon the petitioner who stood as a surety for accused namely Balwinder Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that for the past almost three years no one has chosen to approach him for the purpose of inquiring about the outcome of the present petition and thus he prays for withdrawal of the same though, with liberty to approach this Court again in case, any cause survives.
