On 03.10.2024, the following order was passed by this Court:- "The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are assailing order of confirmation of respondents No. 4 to 23.
The impugned order was passed on 22.06.1998. A period of more than 26 years has passed away. There are all possibilities that private respondents might have superannuated.
Counsel for the parties seek time to get complete instructions.

The matter is pending before this Court since 1998 and the petitioners are assailing order of confirmation of respondents No. 4 to 23. There seems no reason to keep the matter pending. 5.
Disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application, if cause survives.
