At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wishes to withdraw the present petition. However, he prays that the trial be directed to be expedited inasmuch as only one prosecution witness remains for examination.

However, in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Trial Court is requested to expedite and try and conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
