Versus
Satpal ....Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAMIT KUMAR
Present:
Mr. Sunil Kumar Nehra, Advocate, for the applicant. NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Through this application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of leave to file appeal against order of acquittal dated 25.07.2017 of trial Court, whereby complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 filed by applicant was dismissed. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter has been compromised between the parties and, therefore, instant application seeking leave to appeal has become infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
