**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel has opposed the present quashing petition for the reasons that the quashing petition is not maintainable for offences where the victim dies which includes Section 306 IPC.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with a direction to the concerned trial Court to expedite the trial. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn since the matter has been compromised and this Court requests the learned trial Court to expedite the trial. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
