(ORAL) Learned State counsel, at the outset submits that prosecution testimony is almost over and out of 25 prosecution witnesses, 22 have already been examined and only 3 witnesses are left to be examined. He submits that those three witnesses are formal witnesses and would require only one hearing before learned trial Court.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition.
