[1] These appeals are, prima facie, covered by the decision of this Court in WTA No.3 of 2010 titled as The Commissioner of Wealth-tax, Patiala Vs. Prince Raninder Singh Trust L/J of Late Maharaja Yadvindra Singh of Patiala, Patiala decided on 20.01.2020.
[2] Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that he has no instructions and seeks an adjournment. [3] We see no useful purpose for adjournment.
[4] The appeals stand dismissed in the same terms as in WTA No.3 of 2010, having been not pressed with liberty to move application for revival if the situation is not correct. [5] Since the appeals have been dismissed, the pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
