(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.100 dated 04.12.2018, registered under Sections 307, 323, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 15.02.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
