(Oral) Learned counsel for the revisionists states that now the trial in the suit is almost complete and he would press the issue with regard to territorial jurisdiction of the Court to entertain and try the suit, therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the revision petition. However, a direction be issued to the trial Court to consider his objection in that regard during the course of arguments.
