(ORAL) Challenge in the present application is to impugned judgment dated 24.07.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Exclusive Court for Heinous Crimes against Women), Kurukshetra, whereby the accused/respondent No.2, namely, Vikas Kumar has been acquitted of the charges levelled against him in case FIR No. 106 dated 10.11.2016 registered under Sections 452, 506 IPC, 3 of SC/ST Act and 8 of the POCSO Act, at Police Station Jhansa (District Kurukshetra). The matter pertains to the year 2017. Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the applicant on 20.12.2017 and 06.09.2023. There was no representation on behalf of the applicant on the last 3 dates of hearing i.e. 11.02.2020, 24.05.2023 and 16.02.2024. Today also, none appeared on DIVYANSHI 2024.09.10 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
