(Oral) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for staying the proceedings in the Maintenance Application No. 350 of 2019 dated 05.09.2018 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhatinda, in view of the settlement proceedings in the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court in CRM-M-62130-2018. Heard.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner may move an application before the Executing Court apprising the said court about the pendency of the mediation proceedings between the parties before this Court. Thereafter, the Executing Court may proceed in accordance with law. Disposed of accordingly.
