(Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are seeking quashing of Complaint No. COMA 643/2022 dated 03.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) and summoning order dated 03.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) whereby JMIC, Jalandhar has summoned all the petitioners to face trial in the impugned complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, fairly concedes that no adverse order qua maintenance or accommodation has been passed against the petitioners. He further submits that he would be satisfied if personal appearance of the petitioners is exempted and they may be permitted to appear through counsel.

Without commenting on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with following directions :

i) Personal appearance of the petitioners before trial Court shall remain exempt;

ii) The petitioners shall remain present as and when specifically called by the trial Court;
