Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has made a representation dated 24.03.2018 (Annexure P1) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural), but the same remained unattended till now.
