MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) The instant application seeking leave to appeal was filed way back in the year 2017. However, it transpired from almost all the previous orders of this Court that repeated adjournments have been made either by the learned counsel for the applicant or the case has been adjourned on account of repeated non-presence of the counsel for the applicant.

On the last date of hearing, the Registry was directed to intimate the counsel for the parties about the date fixed. 3.

As per the office report, the counsel for the applicant was duly intimated about the date fixed. Today case has been called. However, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. It appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter any further.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
