Given above, applicant to file correct address of the respondent along with process fee within two weeks from today. After doing the needful, fresh notice be issued to the respondent, returnable for 22.03.2023. In case, the applicant is unable to file address and process with within the prescribed time period, Registry to list the matter in the month of November 2022 and on that date this Court shall presume that the applicant is not interested to pursue the present appeal and the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution."
