(ORAL) The only short prayer of the petitioner is that he sent a legal notice, dated 10.04.2019, but the same has been dismissed vide order dated 30.10.2019, which is cryptic and a non-speaking order. In view of the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the appropriate authority to decide the said legal notice afresh by way of a speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
