This is second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 107 dated 11.07.2019, registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran. The first petition for grant of regular bail, filed by the petitioner, was dismissed on 30.10.2019. No fresh ground for grant of regular bail after order dated 30.10.2019 is made out. Dismissed.
