(ORAL) Pursuant to the order dated 29.5.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced in Court today a receipt, seen to be issued by the United Bank of India on 16.7.2019, showing a deposit of Rs.15,000/-, in the name of "the Welfare Centre for persons with Speech and hearing Impairment" Chandan Nagar, Sector 15, Phase 2, Behind ITI, Gurugram. The order of this Court has thus been complied with by depositing the said amount in Account No.1245010000518, of the United Bank of India. That having been done, it is also seen that the report of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalandhar dated 30.3.2019, is on RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2019.09.09 12:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-7039-2019 (O&M) record, showing to the effect that the complainant in the FIR (respondent No.2 - Raj Kumari), suffered a statement before that Court to the effect that she has voluntarily compromised the matter with the petitioners without any pressure, threat or coercion, with a copy of the said statement having been annexed with the report of the learned Magistrate. The statements of the petitioners are also stated to have been recorded by that Court in respect of the compromise reached with the complainant.

That being so, looking at the nature of offences, the parties having amicably settled the matter, in the interest of maintaining peace and harmony, the petition is allowed. FIR No.155, dated 30.9.2018, registered at Police Station Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 451, 427, 380 and 323/34 of the IPC, along with all the proceedings emanating therefrom, is hereby quashed.
