(Oral) Learned counsel contends that the petitioners had applied for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) English, category no.1 (Rest of Haryana) under EBPG category in response to advertisement no.09/2015 dated 23.07.2015. They are seeking appointment against the post in terms of judgment rendered by this Court in CWP-8861-2022 titled Mohit v. State of Haryana and others and CWP-20307-2021 titled Dharam Pal and others v. State of Haryana and others.

It is also contended that a co-ordinate Bench, vide order dated 21.12.2023, passed in CWP-28996-2023, Annexure P-3, disposed of the petition filed by similarly placed employees on the statement made by learned State counsel to consider their case in terms of law laid down in the PAYAL 2024.02.28 14:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Addl. AG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State, does not object to the same, and submits that petitioners' case will also be considered by the third respondent in terms of judgment dated 14.11.2022 & 10.01.2023 passed in CWP-8861-2022 & CWP-20307-2021 respectively, within a period of three months. 5.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
