(Oral) The present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.31 dated 21.03.2025 registered under Sections 109, 308(5), 3(5) [Sections 262, 333, 309(6) & 61(2) added later on] of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar (Rural). 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh petition after the complainant as well as injured are examined.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
