**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which has been raised by the petitioner is that the land of the petitioner is adjacent to the road which is being recarpeted.
According to the averments made in the present writ petition, the road is being recarpeted in such a manner that during the rainy season, not only the water will be accumulated on the road itself but it is likely to flood the fields belonging to the petitioner as well. Counsel for the petitioner states that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 07.01.2019 (Annexure P-3) to the various authorities and the said representation is still pending consideration with the respondent(s).

CWP-3988-2019 -2Counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the said representation. In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim being made by the petitioner at this stage, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representation dated 07.01.2019 (Annexure P-3) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
