In view of averments made in the application and arguments advanced by counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed and delay of 19 days in filing the instant petition is condoned. CRR(F)-279 of 2023 (O&M) The petitioner, through the instant petition is seeking setting aside of order dated 03.11.2022 whereby Principal Judge (Family Court), Fazilka has allowed interim maintenance of PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.02.23 18:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRR(F)-279 of 2023 (O&M) -2Rs. 2500/- per month i.e. Rs. 1500/- per month to respondent No. 1 and Rs. 1,000/- per month to respondent No. 2-minor daughter of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that Family Court vide impugned order has awarded interim maintenance and final maintenance is yet to be determined. He submits that Family Court may be directed to expedite determination of final maintenance.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, the Family Court is requested to expedite final determination of amount of maintenance.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
