       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.467 dated 24.09.2021, registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad, under Sections 21(b) NDPS Act and Section 27-A (added later on) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Vide order dated 03.03.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
