The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to comply mandatory provision of Sections of 267 read section 269 of Cr.P.C. in case of production warrants of her son Deepak Kumar, who is presently lodged in District Jail, Hoshiarpur. Notice of motion.
