(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which is being raised by the petitioners is that respondent No.5 has sent the relevant record to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Chandigarh (respondent No.3) for completing the formalities/necessary action to revise the pension of the petitioners but the same is still not completed. Counsel for the petitioners states that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 07.09.2018 (Annexure P-10) to respondent No.3, which is still pending consideration and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the said representation.
