As per the order dated 01.07.2024 passed by the trial Court, the complaint in question itself was withdrawn, which reads thus: "Today learned counsel for complainant come present and sufferd a separate statement that the compromise has been arrived between the complainant and the accused. Written compromise dated 18.05.2024 has already been placed on the file. The accused has already made the part payment and agreed to pay the remaining amount. SO, the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint. The same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

"In view of the statement so suffered by learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. BW/NBW/P.O. warrants are ordered to be recalled, if issued any. Intimation in this regard be sent to concerned police station. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.

In view of which, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
