Learned State counsel submits that although the status report has been received but the same is under-vetting. Nonetheless, it is submitted that, in fact, it is a civil dispute and the petitioner has already sold the land bearing 6 canal 13 marlas and has gone to Canada. All these facts are apparently concealed in the petition which evidently seems to be an arm twisting tactics. Learned State counsel further submits that, in fact, the dates of the alleged sale of the land and going to Canada are not forth coming in the statement of the Sarpanch recorded by them. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Though it is a fit case to impose exemplary cost for abusing the process of law, however, taking a lenient view, the cost is not being imposed.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
