It is brought to our notice that similar challenge with regard to Regulation 9 of the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited Technical Services Class (III) Regulations, 1996 as amended by circular No.04/2018 dt.29.08.2018 (Annexure P-1) issued by the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited to the extent of the requirement of possession of National Apprenticeship Certificate for Lineman, was rejected by this Court in CWP-22426-2022 on 28.09.2022 by giving elaborate reasons. We agree with the reasons furnished therein and find no merit in the instant Writ Petition. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is dismissed. (M.S.
