(Oral) [1] This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to acknowledge and sanction the claim of the petitioner for refund of the un-utilized Input Tax Credit. [2] Today, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab , on instructions from Mr. Amardeep Singh Nanda, E.T.O., Jalandhar-2, states that refund of the petitioner has been processed & sanctioned and the same would be credited in its bank account within two weeks from today.

[3] In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition is rendered infructuous.
