Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.15 dated 20.01.2025, registered under Section 21-B of NDPS, 1985, at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa. 2.

By virtue of order dated 07.02.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Vinod Kumar, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 07.02.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
