Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 02.08.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana (Annexure P/3) in COMA No.4288/2015 dated 09.07.2015 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, whereby the respondent was held entitled to get the rent free accommodation or to get an amount of Rs.4000/- per month as a rent expenditure.

None is present on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from the respondent submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the main case bearing No. COMA No.4288/2015 dated 09.07.2015 registered under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has been decided by the learned Family Court vide order dated 01.08.2022.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
