This criminal revision petition is filed challenging the charge sheet and order dated 28.01.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat whereby charges have been framed against the petitioner under Sections 302, 328 and 201 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the issues before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
