The petitioner was directed to join the investigation, as per the order dated 10.02.2025 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Rambir confirms that the petitioner has joined investigation and also contends that his further custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the reasons recorded in the order dated 10.02.2025 and keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has joined Priyanka Thakur 2025.05.28 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
