Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join his duties and further to pay the due salary and other benefits to the petitioner from 01.04.2023 onwards. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, confines his prayer for deciding representation dated 12.06.2023 (Annexure P-3). He submits that at this stage, petitioner would be satisfied, if the said representation is decided by passing a speaking order within a time bound frame.

Without going into the merits of the case at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 12.06.2023 (Annexure P-3), submitted by the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
