ARUN MONGA, J. ORAL This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.14 dated 26.01.2020, registered under Section 15 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, at Police Station Payal, District Khanna, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 18.08.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 18.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
