(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.64 dated 14.04.2018 registered under Sections 307, 427, 212, 216, 201, 148, 149, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Phase-I, Mohali, (Annexure P-1). Reply by way of an affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police City-I, District SAS Nagar has been filed by the State-respondent, which is taken on record. Copy has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to take up all the pleas available, before the appropriate forum.
