(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider his application dated 30.03.2017 submitted by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 for the issuance of stage carriage permit on the route No.209 i.e Rohtak to Bhiwani.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the aforesaid application submitted by the petitioner, the needful has not been done by the respondent No.2 rather the respondent No.2 has started issuing letter of intent to similarly situated persons.

Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner POONAM BHATT 2023.02.17 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this Judicial Record/Decree/Document, which is scanned copy of the original

CWP No.3308 of 2023 -2has also filed representation dated 05.07.2022 supplemented by legal notice dated 01.01.2023.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation followed by legal notice dated 01.01.2023 is considered and decided by the Competent Authority-respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner dated 01.01.2023 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
