Aggrieved by the order dated 08.02.2018, vide which, respondent was acquitted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, applicant has come up before this Court by filing the present application for leave to appeal. 2.

Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant had expired way back in 2021 and legal representative did not contact. 3.

Given above, application for leave to appeal is dismissed, with liberty to the legal representatives of the applicant to file application for revival in accordance with law, by giving reasons of delay, if any. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
