The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above had come up before this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking anticipatory bail. This court had granted interim protection subject to the petitioner joining the investigation. 2.
The status report reveals that although the petitioner's joined the investigation but is not fully co-operating.

The status report further reveals that as per the Chemical Examiner's report, no poison was detected in pathological exhibits. 4.
