RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.59, dated 04.12.2022, under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, and Section 29 of the NDPS Act (added later on), registered at Police Station Dharamgarh, District Sangrur. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner appears and surrenders before the concerned Court within a period of seven days from today and files an appropriate application for grant of bail, the concerned Court would deal with the same in accordance with law.
