(Oral) The prayer in this fourth petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of interim bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.57 dated 13.05.2022 under Sections 304, 34 of IPC read with Sections 18, 21, 29 of NDPS Act at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur. As the cousin of the petitioner had passed away on 10.02.2024 and his Bhog ceremony is to take place on 20.02.2024, the petitioner is ordered to be taken in police custody to the venue of the Bhog or any other place/house of deceased on 3 consecutive dates starting from 19.02.2024 till 21.02.2024 between 8 AM to 8 PM. The expenses for the said journey shall be borne by the petitioner.

The Jail Superintendent, Sangrur shall facilitate the same. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of.
